Dish scissors is the scissors to cut food directly. When the food (for instance, meat) not cut easily with the kitchen knife, this scissors are used. Moreover, there is scissors of the exclusive use that cook chicken and the fish, too. We cut from a soft ingredient (meat) to a hard ingredient (crab's husk) with this scissors. It is important to wipe moisture off firmly when finishing using it.
