A dish simmered in syrup of an apple and the sweet potato Image*Outline
With an all-star representative of the autumn taste, an apple and a sweet potato, I made a delicious snack to be able to simplify. Both the fiber and the vitamin C are included in richness, and I am after I get cold, and taste does not decline either.

A dish simmered in syrup of an apple and the sweet potato Image*Ingredients
An apple:Half

A sweet potato:1

Water:2 cups of tablespoons

Maple syrup:1 cup of tablespoon

Lemon juice:1 cup of teaspoon

*Instructions
1:Cut apple 8 pound for pound and takes the core of the inside. And dip it into the salt water (1 cup of salt teaspoon). The sweet potato flushes it and cuts it in thickness of 1.5 centimeters and then cuts it in half more (I become the half moon type).

2:Open cooking sheet to bakeware and carry a sweet potato on board midmost. And pour water of 2 cups of tablespoons and cover it with a saran wrap from the top. And heat with a microwave oven for 2 minutes.

3:Add an apple of '1' which drained the water, maple syrup, lemon juice to '2'. And cover it with a saran wrap and heat with a microwave oven for 4 minutes.

4:Completion.

*Tips
1:Juice of good quantity appears when I heat an apple with a microwave oven. Please be careful not to shed it.
