The curry flavor stew of the bean sprout Image*Outline
I seasoned a bean sprout with thin mulligatawny soup and added a potato more. Seasonings of the curry match both the bean sprout and a potato well. It is delicious. Because it is easy to make it, I recommend it when I want to add a dish.

A bean sprout:200g

A potato:4

Curry powder:1 cup of teaspoon

Salt:1 cup of teaspoon

Vinegar:1 cup of tablespoon

*Instructions
1:The potato barks it and cuts it to size of around 3 centimeters. Wash the bean sprout with water and drain the water.

2:Put water 500cc, curry powder, salt, vinegar in a pan and boil.

3:Put a bean sprout of '1' in '2' and boil it over a low heat for approximately 5 minutes.

4:Take out a bean sprout from '3' and just cool it. Add a potato of '1' to left soup.

5:Add water to '4' and make soup quantity as a potato hides. And stew it by medium fire for approximately 10 minutes.

6:Take out a potato from '5' and cool it and mix it with a bean sprout well.

7:Completion.

*Tips
1:You may use the cabbage which you shredded in substitution for a potato.

2:A flavor improves when I sprinkle sesame on finish.
