To eat the green pepper and the carrot delicious, it seasoned with the miso. To decrease the number of resins, it cooks with the microwave oven.

Green pepper:2 pieces

Carrot:1

Shimegi: 1/2 bags

Garlic: Half-one splinter

Miso:2 teaspoons

Sesame oil:1 teaspoon

Soy sauce:1 teaspoon

*Instructions
1:It tears up the green pepper, the carrot, and garlic. It does, and the Shimegi takes the part of the handle, and unties it beautifully.

2:The carrot and garlic are put on the plate and it covers with the Saranwrap. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for 1 minute. In addition, the green pepper and Shimegi are added, and it heats it with the microwave oven for about 2 minutes.

3:It is made to add the miso, sesame oil, and the soy sauce to '2', to often mix, and to become familiar.

4:Completion.

*Tips
1:The carrot becomes underdone without the fire passing when enlarging it. You may heat it for 2 minutes putting only the carrot first, heating for 1 minute, and adding Shimegi.

2:The sharp taste adds when the hot sesame oil is added by several drops and the accent is added to the taste in the much more.

3:Shimegi is one of the mushroom. If you can't get it , you may use other mushroom.
