The pumpkin was used instead of "Potato" of "Potato rice cake" that used the potato. The cake of the pumpkin of a gentle taste that extends the sweetness of the pumpkin to the mouth. It becomes like the cookie if it burns a little firmly.

Pumpkin:250g

Milk:1 big spoon

Potato starch:4 big spoons

Flour:1 big spoon

Oil:Proper quantity

Soy sauce:1 big spoon

Sugar:1 big spoon

*Instructions
1:The pumpkin is put in the cutting plate like the block and the Saranwrap is put. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for about 6 minutes. Moisture is pulled out removing the Saranwrap afterwards, and heating it in addition for about 1 minute.

2:The pumpkin of '1' is taken out and crushed.

3:Milk, potato starch, and flour are put and mixed with '2'.

4:'3' is formed to a thin round type.

5:Oil is paved in the frying-pan, and '4' is burnt with both sides unfaltering. Oil is wiped off when grilling up.

6:Tare is made mixing the soy sauce and sugar, and it paints it on '5'.

7:Completion.

*Tips
1:It can enjoy the interest of the texture by adding the bean when the pumpkin is floured and mixed.
