A sweet cake that bound the deep-fried sweet potato in honey. It seems to have been named from becoming of sales of the bind of close in the steaming potato in the vicinity of the university in Tokyo in the old times popularity among university students. Sweet potato:1-2

Sugar:50g

Oil:1 teaspoon

Frying oil:Proper quantity

Sesame:Proper quantity

*Instructions
1:The sweet potato peels off the skin. And, it cuts it in a random size. And, the sweet potato is soaked in water at a while.

2:The water of the sweet potato of '1' is firmly wiped off. The frying oil is deep-fried and the heating sweet potato is deep-fried until becoming light brown.
3:One oil teaspoon, sugar, and one big spoon of water are taken in the frying-pan. And, it condenses it until the color attaches thinly heating it.

4:The sweet potato of '2' is put in '3', it often mixes, and it twines.

5:The fire of '4' is stopped, taken out, and sesame is sprinkled.

6:Completion.

*Tips
1:When the sweet potato is deep-fried, moisture is firmly wiped off. Oil splashes when deep-frying when moisture remains.
