Mushrooms who contained enough nourishment of the forest were made a saute. Because making with the frying-pan was troublesome, I made it with the microwave oven. Good saute for the body that looks gorgeous only by cutting and heating the material is ready.

Mushroom:2-3

Eryngii:1

Chinese cabbage:1 stock

Bacon:1 piece

Garlic:1 putting

Butter:A little

Soy sauce:A little

Salt:A little

Pepper:A little

*Instructions
1:It is removed to the size that eats easily that the stone (part of the branch) of the mushroom and the eryngii completely. It cuts it in the size to which the chinese cabbage and bacon are appropriate. Garlic is thinly sliced.

2:'1' is put on the plate, the soy sauce, butter, the salt, and the pepper are added, and it heats it with the microwave oven for 3 minutes.

3:'2' is mixed, and the seasoning is often twined. And, it heats it with the microwave oven again for 1 minute.

4:Completion.

*Tips
1:Besides, you may add champignon etc.

2:When it is too large, the mushroom becomes difficult for the fire to pass it. To avoid half-cooked, let's cut it in thinning a little.

3:The purpose of adding garlic is to improve the smell. You may use the garlic powder when there is no fragment of garlic.
