A simple dish where the stir-fry of the chinese cabbage and pork was made with the microwave oven. The washing one is few and easy because it ends without preparing the frying-pan. Because oil is not used, it is good also for the body.

Chinese cabbage:2 stocks

Salt:A little

Pepper:A little

Soy sauce:A little

1:The chinese cabbage beautifully has washing in clear water. And, the chinese cabbage and pork are cut in about several centimeters (Size that eats easily).

2:'1' is put on the plate, and, in addition, the salt and the pepper are sprinkled. It heats it with the microwave oven for 3 minutes putting the Saranwrap.

3:The soy sauce is added mixing '2' well. And, it heats it for 1 minute putting the Saranwrap again.


1:Fat becomes pork, and a lot of one that is a little substitutes for soup by fat and becomes delicious. Moreover, you may use bacon instead of pork (Please make the heating time few somewhat).
