The simple steaming thing steamed adding the potato, the cabbage, and the hackberry. The texture of the hackberry and the weight feeling of the potato are the points. Because the vinegar soy sauce is used, it easily makes and another taste.

Cabbage:1-2 pieces

Potato:1/2 pieces

The hackberry:For 1 bag(mini size)

Vinegar soy sauce:Proper quantity

1:The cabbage is cut in all sides 3 centimeters. The skin of the potato is peeled off to the thickness of 5milli completely. The hackberry'root is chopped off, and the hackberry is cut so that length may become half.

2:'1' is put in one container and it heats it with the microwave oven for 3-4 minutes.

3:'2' is put in another container and it mixes it. And, the vinegar soy sauce is sprinkled, and, in addition, it mixes it.


1:You may sprinkle sesame in the favor, and add sesame oil with the vinegar soy sauce.

2:The fire often passes to the hackberry when only the hackberry is incased first, it heats for about 2 minutes, and the potato and the cabbage are put.
