It becomes the side dish of the main. And, it is the best for the side menu of sake. A purely Japanese style article. Fibered is abundant and very healthy in enough vegetable. The mind and the body become warm.

Chicken:200g

Taro:200g(several inside sizes)

Burdock:100g

Lotus root:100g

Carrot:1/2

Paste made from the arum root(Konnyaku):1/2 pieces

Dish sake:1 big spoon

Soy sauce:3 big spoons

Mirin:1 big spoon

Sugar:1 teaspoon

Mushroom:50g(2-3 pieces)

Seasoning soup:300cc

Vinegar:Proper quantity

*Instructions
1:The chicken is cut in the size of eating in one mouthful. The vegetable is cut in a suitable size (Cut it roughly and suitably). The mushroom cuts the part of the branch and makes the part of the umbrella 3 capitation. After it cuts it in a suitable size, the burdock and the lotus root are applied to water that adds vinegar.

2:The paste made from the arum root(Konnyaku) puts a detailed cut of length and breadth in the surface. And, about one cuts it in the quadrangle of 3 centimeters. And, it boils it with the hot water for about 2 minutes.

3:The pan is heated and oil is poured. And, the chicken is put. A little scorching and burns until attaching.

4:The vegetable, the burdock, the lotus root, and the mushroom are added to '3'. And, it heats it while mixing it for about 30 seconds. And, the dish sake is added.

5:It keeps heating it adding the seasoning soup. Lye is taken when boiling up. When lye can be roughly taken, the mirin and sugar are added. And, it cooks with the gas set to medium for 5 five minutes.

6:'5' is moved to a heatproof container. And, the soy sauce is added. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for 10 minutes putting the lap.

7:'6' is mixed well. And, it heats it for 10 minutes.

8:'7' is mixed erll. And, it heats it for 10 minutes.

9:Completion.

*Tips
1:The purpose of applying the little boy lotus root to the water of vinegar, and boiling the paste made from the arum root is to take lye.

2:You may heat the process of "'6'-'8'" (Heat it with the microwave oven) with the pan as it is. Please cook it in 20- 30 minutes until the seasoning soup disappears almost by the low flame at that time. Mixing sometimes for remembrance' sake. Please add water little by little if the seasoning soup is lost ahead of time.

3:This is the local country dishes in Chikuzen Area of Kyushu originally. It is often used also for the special New Year's food at the New Year because it has it on the day.
