Country dishes "Nettabo" in Kyushu and the Chugoku region were chiefly deep-fried in oil. In the outside, there is a texture like the snack. The inside is soft. A very delicious sweets were able to be done. It becomes full because the rice cake and the sweet potato are materials.

Sweet potato:200g

Rice cake:100g

Salt:A little

Soybean flour:Proper quantity

*Instructions
1:The sweet potato peels off the skin. And, it cuts it in the hexahedron with all sides of three centimeters. In addition, it puts in water and lye is pulled out.

*Tips
