It prepared a salad by using two ingredients such as the combustion eggplants and the tomatoes without seeming suitable seemingly at all. The affixed texture of the spring onion and the taste of the tomato lack further and set up delicious of the eggplant.

Tomato:1/2 pieces

Welsh onion:5cm

Soy sauce:1 big spoon

Sesame oil:1 big spoon

Vinegar:1 big spoon

Sugar:1/2 teaspoons

Hot sesame oil:A little

*Instructions
1:The part of the head is taken, and the eggplant is cut in half length. And, after burn with the gridiron, apply it to water. The skin is peeled off to the size that eats easily when passing for a while completely.

2:The tomato is sliced.

3:The Welsh onion is thinly cut in the portrait. And, apply it to water.

4:The soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, and the hot sesame oil are mixed and original source is made.

5:'1' and '2' are put on the plate. And, '3' is put on that. And, '4' is put on that.

6:Completion.

*Tips
1:The tomato and the eggplant become more delicious if it cools it with the refrigerator.

2:It cut in the half because of making easily for the fire to pass in length as for the eggplant.

3:You may use dressing instead of source.
