A sweet, delicious sweet potato was kneaded, it encompassed by the skin of the chaozu, and it deep-fried. It becomes easy to eat further because it becomes a deep-frying thing that is smaller than the spring roll. Let's enjoy oneself over sweets that can be easily done.

Sweet potato:200g

Skin of chaozu:10 pieces

Raw sugar:2 big spoons

Salt:A little

Frying oil:Proper quantity

*Instructions
1:The sweet potato peels off the skin. And, washes in water. And, cut it in the hexahedron of 2 centimeters. The cut sweet potato is put in a heatproof container, and it covers with the Saranwrap. And, heats it with the microwave oven for 7 minutes.

2:Raw sugar and the salt are added to '1', and mixes it while crushing the sweet potato. Grind it down enough.

3:'2' is encompassed by the skin of the chaozu. Firmly stops it applying water to the part on the encompassed edge so that contents should not go out.

4:The frying oil is heated, and '3' is deep-fried with the medium flame.

5:Completion.

*Tips
1:Because the sweet potato is sweet enough, you may pull out raw sugar.

2:Even if the sweet potato is crushed rough or is crushed in detail, a delicious spring roll can be done.

3:When black sesame is put, the accent is added to the texture.
