Simple pickles that made the best use of the texture of Cut and dried radish. The texture is suitable for meal well with sweet of the radish. Because calcium is abundantly contained, it is suitable also for the balance adjustment of nourishment.

Cut and dried radish: 20-30g.

Red pepper:1

Soy sauce:2 big spoons

Vinegar:4 big spoons

Water:1 big spoon

Mirin:1 big spoon

Sugar:1 teaspoon

*Instructions
1:Cut and dried radish is lightly washed. And, it returns it applying about ten parts of water. Afterwards, the water is squeezed.

2:When '1' is long, it cuts it in length from 4 to about 5 centimeters.

3:All soy sauces, vinegars, and water, the mirin, and sugar are supplied to the container. And, after it mixes it, it heats it with the microwave oven for 1 minute.

4:'2' is put in the container and '3' is put. Moreover, the finely chopped red pepper is sprinkled. And, it often mixes it. The taste is soaked for 30 minutes or more.

5:Completion.

*Tips
1:When seaweed and the dried cuttlefish are put, the accent is added to the taste and the texture.
