Daily dishes that add, season a small amount of pork to Cut and dried radish, and dress it. A mere cutting dried radish changes quickly to delicious daily dishes in the seasoning and pork. Because it cuts and the dried radish is used without boiling, it can enjoy the texture.

Burdock: 1(100g)

Cut and dried radish:20-30g

Pork:50g

Carrot:30g

Soy sauce:2 big spoons

Mirin:1 big spoon

Sugar:1 big spoon

*Instructions
1: Cut and dried radish is washed in water. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for 1 and a half minutes applying it to the water of the amount with which the whole is covered.

2:Heated Cut and dried radish is put in the bamboo basket and water is drained.

3:Pork is cut small. And, it mixes it adding one big spoon of the soy sauce and one big spoon of the mirin.

4:'3' is put in the microwave oven and it heats it for three minutes.

5:Cut and dried radish and the carrot thinly cut are added to '4' and it often mixes it. In addition, it mixes it further adding 1 big spoon of the soy sauce and 1 big spoon of sugar.

6:'5' is put in the microwave oven and it heats it for 1 minute. It puts out once, it mixes, and, in addition, it heats it for 1 minute.
7:Completion.

*Tips
1:It can enjoy flavoring by adding sesame oil.

2:It might be good to add the red pepper by the favor.
