It cooks with the microwave oven without using the frying-pan though soaking to heat the eggplant. Delicious daily dishes that can be easily done spending neither time nor time. It is possible to use it as another of the side dish it, and a switch.

Eggplant:1
Oil:Proper quantity
Dried bonito: Proper quantity
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon

*Instructions
1:The eggplant is made minute to switch off of about one centimeter in thickness by five centimeters or more in length. And, it applies it to the water put in the bowl. It might be good in about ten minutes.

2:10 minutes passes, the eggplant is taken out of the ball and it arranges it on the plate. Moreover, oil is sprinkled on thinning. Do not put it too much.

3:The Saranwrap is put on the eggplant that sprinkles oil. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for about three minutes.

4:The eggplant is moved to another plate. The dried bonito is put on the eggplant, and, in addition, the soy sauce is sprinkled.

5:Completion.

*Tips
1:When the eggplant is large, it is not possible to finish heating it. Note the size when it cuts it.

2:The flavor strengthens when sesame oil is used instead of oil.

3:You may put the Welsh onion cut in detail instead of the dried bonito.
