A simple tasting is a boiled food only of the taro of the merit. It can enjoy unexpected delicious only though it seasons by the seasoning soup. The calorie is also low, and it is very healthy.

Taro: About 5 pieces(About ten if small sizes.)

Vinegar soy sauce:Proper quantity

Seasoning soup:200ml

Dish sake:4 big spoons

Mirin:2 big spoons

Sugar:2 big spoons

Soy sauce:2 big spoons

*Instructions
1:The taro is washed beautifully in each skin.

2:'1' is put in the pan, and water as put on by the whole is added. And, it heats it by the high heat. When boiling ,it makes to the low flame and it cooks it for about 10 minutes .

3:'2' is taken out of the pan and aerated. Wrapping and the skin are peeled off with the duster when cooling. And, it cuts it in one eating size.

4:'3' is put in the pan, and the seasoning soup, the dish sake, the mirin, sugar, and the soy sauce are added. And, it heats it by the high heat. When boiling ,it cooks until it makes to the low flame, and the boiling soup decreases (for 20-30 minutes).

5:Little boiling soup that remains in the pan of '4' is bound in clever.

6:'5' is naturally dished up. And, the vinegar soy sauce is sprinkled only a little.

7:Completion.

*Tips
1:Please have a clever one skin to come after it gets cold enough as the soapberry. It gets burnt with the soapberry like being hot.
