"Onion of a good texture" and "Wakame seaweed that the mineral was a lot and is soft" were cooked with vinegar. An article that can easily make and is delicious. The nutritional balance can be taken by putting it out with the side dish of meat and poultry.

Onion:1

Wakame seaweed:50g

Sesame:A little

Cold water:Proper quantity

Vinegar:50cc

Soy sauce:1 teaspoon

Mirin:1 teaspoon

*Instructions
1:The onion is cut in half length. And, the cut is thinly done below according to the fiber completely. 1milli or less might be good.

2:'1' is put in cold water and leaves it for a while.

3:The wakame seaweed is cut in about 3 centimeters in length.

4:Vinegar, the soy sauce, and the mirin are put together.

5:The water of '2' is drained, and puts it together on '3'. And, mixes it well adding '4'.

6:'5' is piled up in the plate. And, sesame is sprinkled on.

7:Completion.

*Tips
1:When a dry wakame seaweed is used, it returns applying it to water beforehand.

2:If it is troublesome to cut the onion thinly, you may use the slicer.
