The bean sprout is added in detail, and the amount meat of the hamburg steak has been decreased. Because the bean curd was put, it became a healthy, Japanese style hamburg steak. The hamburg steak by which the texture of the bean sprout produces a peculiar texture.

Bean curd not got into trouble:1/4

Combination snore meat:150g

Salt:A little

Pepper:A little

Soy sauce:1 teaspoon

Tomato ketchup:3 big spoons

Egg:1/2 pieces

Dish sake:50cc

Worcester sauce:1 teaspoon

Butter:A little

*Instructions
1:The bean sprout is incased, the Saranwrap is spent, and heat it with the microwave oven for 2 minutes.

2:The bean curd is put on the plate and heated with the microwave oven for 2 minutes.

3:The bean curd is put and mix it with the bowl by the hand by the minced meat, the salt, the pepper, the soy sauce, and 1 big spoon of catsup.

4:The egg is added to '3' and mix it. In addition, the moisture of the bean sprout of '1' is added squeezing it, and mix it.

5:'4' is halved and round it to the oval. And, the hollow is made at the center.

6:Butter and the salad oil are displayed to the frying-pan and melt it by the low flame. And, make to the medium flame and '5' is burnt until a two sided color changes.

7:'6' is cap and make it to the low flame. And, it burns for about 5 minutes. A burnt hamburg steak is taken out of the frying-pan.

8:The dish sake, 2 big spoons of catsup, and Worcester sauces are added as it is. And, heat it by the low flame a little adding the salt and the pepper while mixing it.

9:'8' is put on '7'.

*Tips
1:When the water of the egg, the bean curd, and the bean sprout is strong, the tool becomes watery. Let's firmly squeeze the water.
